Today, at work - I feel like the weakest link. I am not up on my game at work - I am behind in several tasks, and without any GOOD reason....
I am not engaged in my work, and I don't make it a point to do well...I just do it.
Cheryl Martin says that you have to have a spirit of EXELLENCE and set high expectations for yourself to make it in the marketplace...I'm definitely NOT there...
